  • Downtown Greensboro Location: Rental prices start at $75 per hour.

  • High Point Location: Due to its fully private and customizable layout, rental prices start at $100 per hour.

High Point Event Space Rental Packages

We will structure packages based on group size, add-on services, and setup time options.

Base Rental Package – “The Celebration Experience”

This is best for workshops, classes, and floating events

  • Price: $250 (2-hour rental)

  • Guest Limit: Up to 20 guests

  • Includes:

    • Private use of the event space

    • 2 dozen assorted cupcakes (choice of vanilla, chocolate, and red velvet)

    • 1 pitcher of water + 1 pitcher of sweet tea

    • Basic tables & chairs setup (you will provide the table coverings)

  • Add-ons: Additional guests ($10/person up to 30 guests max)

Premium Package – “The Sweetest Celebration”

  • Price: $350 (3-hour rental)

  • Guest Limit: Up to 30 guests

  • Includes Everything in Base Package, Plus:

    • 30-minute early access for setup

    Our versatile venues in Downtown Greensboro and High Point are perfect for a variety of gatherings, including workshops, book launches, art exhibits, photo shoots, intimate social events, business meetings, and celebrations. The open and modern design allows for flexible setups to suit your event's needs.

    2. How much does it cost to rent the event space?

    • High Point Location: Starts at $100 per hour due to its completely private setting, open floor plan, and customizable layout.

    • Greensboro Location: Starts at $75 per hour.

    • A two-hour minimum rental is required.

    3. Can I pay a deposit to secure my event?

        Yes, the scheduling system allows you to make a non-refundable deposit of 50% to secure your date.

    The balance must be paid 48 hours before your scheduled event.

    4. Can I bring my own food and beverages?

    • Outside savory foods are permitted at both locations.

    • Outside desserts or sweets are NOT permitted at the Greensboro location.

    • Outside desserts and sweets ARE permitted at the High Point location only.

    • We offer custom dessert packages featuring our signature Crunch Cheesecakes and other treats, which can be added to your event.

    6. What are the operating hours for the event spaces?

    Our High Point event space is available for reservations seven days a week, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
    Reservations are required to ensure a private and exclusive experience.

    Our Greensboro event space is available for reservations Tuesday - Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

    7. What is the accommodation limit for events?

    • Sit-Down Events: 40 guests.

    • Floating Events (no formal table setup): 50-60 guests.

    8. Do you offer any discounts?

    The only discount we offer is 10% off for nonprofit organizations. Nonprofit documentation is required.

    9. How far in advance should I book the event space?

    • Decorations should not damage the venue and must be removed promptly after the event.
